It reads the sessions already in your plan and, where a quality day lands in genuinely bad weather, offers to move it to a better one. It never invents training, never makes a session longer, and never moves anything until you press the button.
The same forecast also answers what to wear — read at the hour each session starts and the hour it finishes, rather than off the day's warmest temperature.

Removes your sign-in permanently, and the copy of your plan held in the account with it. The copy in this browser stays exactly where it is — and is then the only one there is, so nothing would bring it back if this browser were cleared. Save a copy from inside the app first if you want one you can keep.
Everyone who has signed up. Disabling an account stops it signing in anywhere without touching its password. This lists accounts, not training: an administrator cannot read anybody's plan from here, and the database rules do not allow it either.
